Responsibility:

• Manage incoming phone calls and general enquiries.
• Attend to walk-in patients and enquires
• Handle patient registration and coordinate of patient flow
• Assist doctors during examinations and minor medical procedures
• Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' instructions and clinic protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation of patient records in compliance with confidentiality and PDPA requirements
• Support general clinic operations and administrative duties as assigned
• Working on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekend and public holidays as required

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced healthcare environment
• pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Willing to learn and take instructions well
• No prior experience required as training will be provided
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience
• Singaporean only

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
