Boilermech Hiring! Full Time Operational Excellence Manager in Selangor - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position owns and leads enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives to enhance performances through data‑driven process improvements, standardize procedures and practices, change management and integrate digital solutions (advanced analytics, RPA, IIoT) to scale and track sustainable improvements. The work will require collaborative partnership with operational leaders and cross‑functional teams to increase efficiency, quality and productivity.

1) Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvements.

a) Foster a culture of continuous productivity improvement and process optimization, delivering measurable enhancement in cost, quality, cycle time and competitiveness, including through innovation, digitalization and automation.

b) Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that modernize workflows, systems and enhance performance measurement.

2) Performance Measurables

a) Develop operational dashboards and performance reporting tools with measured deliverables, improvement roadmaps and lead/lag indicators for performance and risk.

3) Quality and Compliance

a) Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

b) Establish root cause analysis methodology for recurring operational issues.

c) Owns or collaborate with cross-functional team to address matter arising, CARs and audit points from Internal Audit, Strategic Business Plans and Risk Management Reports.

4) Others

a) Support new business implementation and operational setup activities.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

1) Possess a least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

2) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in process improvement, operational excellence or business performance.

3) Strong understanding of process optimization, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

4) Proficient in project management.

5) Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

6) Results-oriented and hands-on approach.

7) Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
