Project Lead

Location: Singapore

Work Arrangement: On-site

Employment Type: Long term contract 

We are looking for a Project Lead to support a project for a Fortune 100 client in Singapore.

This role is suitable for an experienced QA professional with a technical education or previous tech experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

The Lead/Manager will be responsible for coordinating the work of the QA team, managing priorities, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily work of the team.
• Assign tasks and manage team priorities.
• Track progress, deadlines, workload, and project risks.
• Lead daily meetings and status discussions.
• Communicate updates, blockers, and resource needs to stakeholders.
• Support team members and help resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members.
• Ensure the team follows agreed processes and project requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and productive team environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Previous experience coordinating, mentoring, or leading a team.
• Technical background in QA, software development, automation, technical support, or a related area.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple activities.
• Confident communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore.
