- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Handle employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare payroll reports and provide insights for management review.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure seamless integration of payroll-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and other statutory requirements.
- Identify and address discrepancies in payroll data and resolve issues effectively.
- Support process improvements for payroll operations and implement best practices.
- Must be able to read and write Mandarin due to the client
A Successful Payroll Specialist Should Have
- Proven expertise in payroll processing and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Annual salary range: MYR 60000
