Job Description

Responsibilities

**Seeking candidates with native-level Korean language proficiency who are currently based in Malaysia.**

  • Location: KL
  • Job Title: Data Operation Analyst
  • Relevant Experience and Minimum # of Years/ Months : 0 – 2 Years
  • Salary: RM6~8500(Total Package)
  • Contract: 1year contract basis
  • Working Hour: 9am~6pm, MON~FRI


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate business listings according to internal policies and quality guidelines.
  • Analyze listing information, identify inconsistencies, and update data to maintain accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve user-reported issues related to business listings.
  • Detect suspicious or spam listings and escalate trends to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards while achieving monthly productivity targets.
  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses to verify and update listing information when necessary.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow operational procedures at all times.


Core Competencies

  • Native-level Korean with excellent written, verbal, and reading communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Strong understanding of Korean language nuances and local cultural context.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly responsible with strong ownership, accountability, and reliability.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Quick learner who can easily understand new processes and adapt to changes.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to contribute to a healthy and supportive team environment.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve quality and productivity targets.
  • Experience in customer service or data analysis is an advantage, but not required.

  • Comfortable working normal business hours with occasional overtime when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review content accurately.
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good typing speed and computer navigation skills.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
