Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for driving service revenue growth and strengthening strategic customer relationships across assigned accounts.Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and expand service business opportunities across existing customer portfolios
- Drive renewals, contract conversions and long-term service agreements
- Develop tailored service solutions that address customer operational and business objectives
- Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, pricing strategies and contract negotiations
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, operations, finance and product teams to deliver customer solutions
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring successful execution throughout the sales lifecycle
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Services Account Manager Should Have
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in service sales, business development or customer-facing commercial roles
- Experience selling service, support or aftermarket solutions within semiconductor, electronics, capital equipment or industrial technology sectors
- Proven track record of managing strategic customer accounts and achieving commercial targets
- Experience negotiating service agreements, commercial contracts and pricing structures
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and relationship-building capabilities
- Comfortable working across regional and cross-functional environments
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
