Job Function

• Supervise the daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent service delivery.
• Oversee Guest Services Hosts, Operations Hosts, and Attraction Facilitators to ensure compliance with operational procedures, service standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage Guest flow, queue control, visitor circulation, and access control to maintain a seamless and positive Guest experience.
• Monitor visitor capacity levels and operational performance, taking proactive measures to manage crowds and reduce congestion during peak periods.
• Ensure operational readiness through routine inspections, safety checks, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirements.
• Act as the first-level responder for operational incidents, Guest complaints, emergencies, and safety concerns, coordinating with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Conduct daily team briefings, shift deployments, and on-the-job coaching to enhance team performance, productivity, and service excellence.
• Coordinate with Security, Facilities Management, Finance, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to support smooth attraction operations.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational reports, including attendance records, incidents, Guest feedback, and operational performance updates.
• Support the Operations Manager in maintaining operational discipline, continuous improvement initiatives, and the delivery of a safe, well-managed, and high-quality Guest experience.
