Job Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment

• Monitor system performance to ensure proper operation and energy efficiency

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems

• Conduct routine servicing for chillers, FCU, AHU, ventilation, and cooling systems

• Respond to breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance works

• Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and checklist documentation

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repair or installation works

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures

• Support emergency maintenance and standby duties when required
