Aspire Group Advisory is a group of authorised Financial Consultants representing finexis advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Singapore. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and develop tailored financial plans spanning areas such as savings, investments, insurance, and retirement planning. Responsibilities include analyzing clients’ financial situations, recommending suitable financial products and strategies, and conducting regular reviews to keep plans aligned with changing needs and market conditions. The role also involves educating clients on financial concepts, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with team members, participate in training and development initiatives, and contribute to a client-centric culture focused on long-term trust and service excellence.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and design comprehensive, goal-based solutions.
  • Solid grounding in Finance and Investments to evaluate products, interpret market trends, and construct appropriate portfolios.
  • Expertise in Retirement Planning to help clients prepare for long-term income needs and financial security.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or local equivalents) are an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build lasting client relationships.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical advisory practices.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eligibility to be licensed or already licensed as a Financial Consultant under local regulatory requirements in Singapore.
