Inter Island Group Hiring! Full Time ERP Project Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record of delivering enterprise ERP projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful system deployment from planning through post-go-live support.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance ERP.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, and project governance.
• Coordinate business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure implementation activities are completed on schedule.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the implementation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project status updates, steering committee reviews, and decision tracking.
• Oversee solution design reviews, system testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Drive user readiness, business adoption, and transition to post-implementation support teams.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 Finance) is highly preferred.
• Candidates with implementation experience in SAP, NetSuite, or other enterprise ERP systems are encouraged to apply.
