About the Job

This is a project coordination-focused finance role supporting the implementation of SAP across multiple business entities. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will collaborate closely with external consultants and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate project activities, streamline finance processes, and support the successful delivery of the organisation's ERP transformation initiative.

Contract Duration: 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate SAP implementation activities across multiple business entities, working closely with consultants and internal users
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure implementation progresses according to plan
• Facilitate communication between finance users, project teams, and external consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support finance process mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and data verification activities
• Coordinate issue tracking and follow up on system enhancements, testing outcomes, and post-implementation support
• Assist in reviewing finance workflows and identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and reporting processes
• Support implementation documentation, project reporting, and user training coordination
• Participate in finance-related operational tasks and projects as required by the department

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP implementation, ERP projects, or finance process improvement initiatives
• Experience coordinating with external consultants and cross-functional stakeholders
• Basic understanding of finance processes, accounting workflows, and ERP systems
• Exposure to SAP implementation within a finance environment is highly preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
