Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative tasks related to Learning & Development (L&D) activities, including training registration, liaison with training vendors, record maintenance, and HRDC training grant applications and submissions.
• Act as point of communication with employees to coordinate training schedules and attendance confirmation.
• Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development/ Management or any related discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact with people at different levels and work cohesively in team setting.
• Proactive, and adaptable to faast-paced environment.
• Preferred internship placement starting from August 2026 onwards, with a minimum duration of 3 months.
