REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing, with exposure to project leadership or supervision.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery and supplier development.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certifications is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end execution of ToW projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project scope, objectives, track timelines, and control budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, and suppliers to ensure resource readiness and task completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools to monitor milestones and progress.
• Enforce adherence to aerospace standards (AS9100, Nadcap, APQP) and customer requirements (e.g., PPAP, FAI) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance metrics (e.g., cost, timeline, quality, supplier KPIs) and provide timely updates to management.
• Manage scope, cost, and timeline changes through structured change control and impact assessment.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to avoid potential disruptions in deliverables.
• Act as the main liaison with suppliers and customers, addressing issues, clarifying requirements, and ensuring continuous alignment.
• Plan and manage the effective use of internal and external resources to support successful project execution.
• Prepare and update all required documentation including plans, reports, and compliance records to support project tracking and audits.
