Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to the project schedule.
Monitor work quality and ensure all electrical works comply with Energy Commission (ST) regulations, project specifications, company standards, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Supervisor, clients, consultants, suppliers, and other trades on site.
Attend site inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations.
Prepare daily work progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, permit-to-work requirements, and good housekeeping practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
Possession of a valid Energy Commission (ST) Wireman and/or Chargeman Certificate will be an added advantage.
