About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable team member to support both operations and social media. Your main focus will be on ensuring smooth day-to-day tasks—managing stock, packing orders, assisting customers, and helping out in small ways with content creation, such as basic editing or occasional behind-the-scenes support. No need to be highly creative—just a team player with a good sense of responsibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Fulfil online and walk-in customer orders
• Organize and arrange stocks (no heavy lifting)
• Update inventory system and manage restocks
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and product display
• Assist boutique customers with purchases
• Support product launches
• Assist in simple product content creation
• Reply to customer messages
• Assist in photoshoots if needed

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
• Eager to learn
• Minimum diploma or equivalent (fresh grads are welcome)
• No experience needed – training will be provided
