Job Description:

· Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to safety protocols.

· Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.

· Manage and allocate warehouse storage locations.

· Optimize warehouse space and layout planning.

· Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy.

· Record and update storage location changes in the system.

· Lead regular inventory counts and adjustments.

· Prepare reports and provide feedback on warehouse operations.

· Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

· Any ad hoc duty assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.

· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask

· Proficient in using warehouse management software and inventory control systems

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

· Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices

· Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff

· Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
