Hajris Food Industries Hiring! Full Time QAQC Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,800 - Ricebowl

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the QAQC Executive in quality and process monitoring.
• Monitor and record Critical Control Points (CCPs).
• Ensure products comply with quality and food safety standards.
• Verify receiving and interdepartmental transfer records.
• Handle and follow up on customer and outlet complaints.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain QAQC records.
• Report quality issues and non-conformances to the QAQC Executive.
• Perform daily quality inspections and process checks.
• Assist with internal audits, NCRs, and CAPA implementation.
• Support MESTI, HACCP, GMP, and other certification requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure process compliance.
• Monitor staff hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Perform staff, product, and environmental swab testing.
• Verify cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Support investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the QAQC Executive or Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant qualification and 3-5 years of experience in Food Science/Technology, QA, QC and Food Safety in F&B Manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of FSSC 22000, BRCGS, HACCP, GMP and Halal requirements.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, product specifications and compliance records.
• Familiarity with food labelling regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational and good communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with customers, suppliers and internal departments.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
