Job Description

• Process user access requests, modifications, and de-provisioning activities through ticketing systems.
• Manage user account administration across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
• Review, validate, and fulfil access requests in accordance with approved procedures and security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user access-related issues via email, phone, and ticketing platforms.
• Ensure ServiceNow incidents and service requests are completed within agreed SLA timelines.
• Support user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities.
• Participate in access recertification and audit support activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of access administration activities.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams when required.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the IAM operations environment.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IAM Operations, Access Administration, Service Desk, or User Account Administration.
• Experience managing user accounts and permissions within tools e.g Active Directory, Entra ID, OKTA etc .
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with identity and access management processes, user access request.
• Good understanding of SLA-driven support environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume ticket processing.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
