We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our financial services to potential clients, helping them secure loans from banks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Contact customers via phone calls to introduce our financial services and loan solutions.
• Needs Assessment: Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Document Verification: Review and verify customers' basic documents to ensure all required information is complete.
• Application Assistance: Guide customers on the required documents and loan application procedures.

Requirement:

• Experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent; a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about communicating with people.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve higher income and career growth through personal performance.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
