Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role based in Bayan Lepas. The Finance Executive will handle daily financial operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, monitoring of general ledger entries, and coordination of month-end closing activities. The role includes preparing financial reports for management, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations such as GST and other relevant statutory requirements. The Finance Executive will also assist in internal controls, reconcile accounts, liaise with external auditors and tax consultants, and provide analytical insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Statements, with the ability to manage daily accounting and reporting activities.
• Candidates should possess Financial Reporting expertise, including preparing management reports, supporting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and provide insights for performance improvement.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other relevant tax regulations, including proper documentation and filing.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess at least a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial information.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
