REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with AutoCount, QuickBooks, SQL, or similar software is an advantage.
• Good numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and support multiple companies within the Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with banking facilities, BA/PN submissions, and loan applications.
• Maintain daily bank books and banking records for all group companies.
• Verify customer receipts, supplier payment details, and bank transactions.
• Prepare payment advice and assist with bank reconciliation.
• Send weekly SOAs and follow up on overdue customer payments.
• Maintain loan schedules, financing documents, and finance filing systems.
• Prepare supporting documents for auditors, bankers, and authorities.
• Update finance trackers and assist with monthly reports.
• Coordinate finance documents, couriers, and submission deadlines.
• Perform accurate data entry and other finance administrative duties.
