Job Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development plan aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.
- Design competency-based learning roadmaps for different employee groups.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Training Management
- Plan and coordinate internal and external training programmes.
- Source, evaluate and manage training providers and consultants.
- Ensure training programmes meet quality, budget and business requirements.
- Monitor training attendance and completion.
Learning Content Development
- Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, toolkits and learning guides.
- Design blended learning programmes including classroom, virtual and e-learning.
- Review and continuously improve training content.
Performance Development
- Work closely with department managers to identify competency gaps.
- Recommend development interventions to improve employee performance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and business outcomes.
Learning Systems & Administration
- Maintain training records and employee learning history.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Prepare monthly and annual training reports and dashboards.
Compliance & HRDF/HRD Corp
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and training regulations.
- Coordinate HRD Corp grant applications and claims.
- Maintain proper training documentation for audit purposes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training or HR will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development
- Experience in designing and delivering learning programmes.
- Experience in competency development and talent management.
- Experience managing HRD Corp grants and claims is an advantage.
- Able to commute to Pulau Indah.
