Job Description

Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, and keeping up with changing regulations. You'll be the trusted advisor guiding businesses through Malaysia's employment pass and immigration requirements while ensuring a smooth experience from consultation to approval.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end applications for Employment Passes (EP), Professional Visit Passes (PVP), Dependant Passes (DP), Long-Term Social Visit Passes (LTSVP), DE Rantau Nomad Passes, and other immigration-related passes.
  • Assess client eligibility and advise on the most suitable work pass based on current Malaysian immigration requirements.
  • Review supporting documents and ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant before submission.
  • Prepare and submit applications through the ESD, MYXpats, MDEC, and other relevant government portals.
  • Liaise with clients, government agencies, and relevant authorities to facilitate application approvals.
  • Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Handle renewals, amendments, cancellations, and pass transfers.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide professional immigration advice.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Malaysian immigration policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities to expand services to existing clients.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience handling Malaysian Employment Pass or immigration applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ESD, MYXpats, MDEC, and Malaysian Immigration procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
