If you enjoy communicating with customers and keeping things organised, we'd love to have you on our team! This role focuses on managing customer relationships, CRM, and following up with existing customers and warm leads.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update the customer database (CRM).
• Follow up with existing customers and warm leads via WhatsApp and phone.
• Handle customer enquiries and encourage repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
• Update customer records and prepare basic reports.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Admin or CRM is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
