Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
• Analyze financial performance, identify cost drivers, and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Monitor key financial metrics and maintain the Chart of Accounts (COA) and cost center structure.

Financial Management

• Oversee daily finance operations, including cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Financial Governance & Risk Management

• Develop and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Conduct financial due diligence and support risk management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Reporting

• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Support strategic planning and undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA, or MBA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, preferably in a startup, technology, engineering, or fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Prior Big Four experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and accounting software.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
