• BMC Control-M
• IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) / IBM Workload Automation

Understanding of: Job dependencies

• Workflow scheduling

Batch recovery procedures, experience with:

• Linux
• Windows Server

Ability to read and analyze logs

Knowledge of incident and change management processes, soft Skills

Operators must demonstrate

• BMC Control-M or IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) experience (Must)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
