Project Coordinator (Training Provided | No Experience Required）

Responsibilities

• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compare prices and prepare cost analysis.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Coordinate procurement and monitor material deliveries.
• Prepare material sample boards for client presentations.
• Assist Project Managers in project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Maintain project documents, records and filing.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site visits when required.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Candidates who are interested in the construction or interior fit-out industry are welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and PDF software.
• Good analytical, numerical and organisational skills.

Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
