Modern Workplace Lead Engineer

Own and drive the Microsoft 365, endpoint, and identity environment for a mid-to-enterprise scale organisation — Intune, Entra ID, hybrid AD, patching, deployment, and automation, all in your hands

What You'll Do

• Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and manage Intune, MDM/MAM, and endpoint compliance end-to-end.
• Lead device lifecycle and deployment: Autopilot, provisioning, patch rollouts, pilot waves, and rollback planning.
• Drive Entra ID and hybrid AD operations — users, groups, MFA, Conditional Access, access troubleshooting.
• Automate with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to eliminate manual, repetitive admin work.
• Partner with the Cyber Security Manager to roll out endpoint hardening (Defender, BitLocker, ASR) and support audit/compliance evidence.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in modern workplace, endpoint management, or desktop engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Proven experience supporting an enterprise-scale user/device base.
• Strong PowerShell/Graph scripting and Windows 10/11 endpoint expertise.
• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate (or equivalent security/identity/Azure cert) is a plus.
