Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with upstream suppliers, including petrochemical producers and authorized distributors
• Source plastic raw materials and manage supplier interactions, including negotiation of pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions
• Monitor market trends, including price movements, regional supply-demand dynamics, and industry developments
• Execute and follow up on transactions, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and delivery coordination
• Conduct market research to support trading decisions and identify business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of trading activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years’ experience in plastics, petrochemicals, or trading
• Supply-side experience (petrochemical firms, distributors, or sourcing-focused trading companies)
• Familiarity with key resins (PE, PP, PVC, ABS) and their applications
• Strong market awareness and ability to interpret price movements
• Confidence in supplier communication and negotiation
