Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure accurate processing of factored invoices, disbursements, and refunds in accordance with facility agreements.
• Verify customer collections, manage credit exposure, and oversee daily receivables to maintain up-to-date client balances.
• Ensure compliance with pre-disbursement conditions by reviewing invoices and coordinating with suppliers and contract awarders.
• Track receivables ageing and support timely follow-up actions with the operations and sales teams to minimize overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems during onboarding, disbursements, and repayments.
• Prepare and coordinate client statements, including outstanding balances and available limits.
• Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and performance.
• Support ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or any equivalent.
• Relevant experience in financial services operations or receivables management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in verbal and writing.
