Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the organization's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, products, and information across the entire value chain. This role is responsible for developing supply chain strategies, improving operational efficiency, strengthening supplier relationships, and supporting sustainable business growth through effective planning and execution.
The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, operations, manufacturing, finance, sales, and external partners to coordinate supply chain activities, optimize inventory levels, enhance demand planning, and improve service performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical abilities, commercial awareness, leadership skills, and operational expertise, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable business results.
This role involves overseeing demand planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, logistics operations, warehouse optimization, supplier performance, risk management, and supply chain analytics. The Supply Chain Manager will also support digital transformation initiatives, implement process improvements, strengthen supply chain resilience, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor supply chain performance and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational efficiency.
- Optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Coordinate demand planning and supply planning activities to support business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and strategic partners.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead procurement planning and collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Manage transportation, warehouse operations, and distribution activities to improve service levels.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation and business continuity strategies.
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through automation, supply chain technologies, and data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, production, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and supply chain optimization.
- Develop and maintain supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Promote sustainability initiatives and responsible supply chain management practices.
- Mentor and develop supply chain team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree, MBA, or a professional certification such as CSCP, CPSM, CPIM, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Expertise in supply chain optimization, warehouse management, transportation, and supplier relationship management.
- Comprehensive understanding of forecasting, production planning, distribution, and operational performance management.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong project management, organizational planning, and change management capabilities.
