Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Shah Alam. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients regularly to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and recommend suitable financial plans and products. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting financial proposals, monitoring client portfolios, and providing ongoing advice on wealth management, risk planning, and investment strategies. The role also involves conducting market and product research, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality advisory services and support business development activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, goal-based financial strategies for clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills to analyze products, markets, and portfolios and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Candidates should possess core Financial Advisory skills to provide ethical, client-focused guidance aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should ideally hold a relevant degree or professional qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; regulatory licenses or certifications recognized in Malaysia are an advantage.
