Join Our Team – Management Trainee / Outlet Manager Trainee

Positions Available
Management Trainee
Salary: $2,500 – $3,400/month
Outlet Manager Trainee
Salary: $3,200 – $4,200/month
What You'll Be Doing
Operations
Deliver excellent customer service
Learn sales pitching and customer engagement
Understand outlet sales and daily operations
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Build positive customer relationships
Assist in bartending duties
Learn kitchen operations, cooking procedures, and processes
Support marketing events and promotional activities
Administration
Prepare daily operational and sales reports
Monitor food & beverage costs and purchases
Assist with staff scheduling and rostering
Participate in digital marketing initiatives
What We Offer
6-day work week (reduced to 5.5 days after successful completion of 3–6 months' probation)
Sundays Off
Monthly Sales Incentives: $400 – $1,500
Yearly Performance Appraisal
2 Staff Meals Provided Daily
