Main Duties:

• Supervise café staff and daily operations.
• Ensure good customer service and product quality.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.
• Manage staff schedule
• Check and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock and place orders when needed.
• Handle daily sales and cash collection.
• Assist in planning promotions and maintaining café performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of café or F&B experience, with some supervisory experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
