JD:

• Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and construction methods to ensure technical compliance, constructability, and project requirements are met.

• Manage overall construction planning, scheduling, and site progress, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Prepare, review, and coordinate technical submissions, including construction procedures, method statements, and other engineering documentation.

• Review contractors' Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA), and provide technical support to resolve construction and site-related issues.

• Manage project documentation and handover deliverables, including As-Built drawings, turnover dossiers, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and warranty documentation.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, quality requirements, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), and environmental regulations, while coordinating with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Management, or other related engineering disciplines.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project engineering, construction engineering, site engineering, or construction management, preferably in EPC projects.

• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, construction methods, quality standards, material specifications, and construction practices.

• Strong technical judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
