Job Description

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Responsible for monthly interco billings/ recharge and reconciliation
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Prepare financial management reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger to general ledger
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
• Work closely with other functional teams to resolve any financial and accounting issues that impact the set of books
• Supervision of the accounts staffs involved in the sub entities
• Other ad-hoc duties required

Job Requirement

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and statutory legislation
• Independent, self-driven and meticulous at work
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Hands on experience with Quickbooks preferred
