Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable including process payments, issue invoices and staff reimbursements
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Maintain general ledgers and accounting records.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing schedules.
• Handle fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare, monitor and follow up on AR aging reports and outstanding receivables
• Prepare accurate monthly and yearly management accounts, profit & loss statements, balance sheets
• Liaise with stakeholders on accounting and financial matters.

Requirements:

• Meticulous and able to analyze data
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ACCA Level II
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, with a good working attitude andinitiative
• Xero accounting software experience required
• Competent in MS Office especially in Excel
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards and local compliance requirements
