Support in recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
Manage employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and maintain accurate employee records
Maintain employees’ attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with company policies and payroll requirements.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Assist
in grievance handling, disciplinary actions and counselling sessions in
accordance with company direction and government regulations.
Coordinate training and development programmes to support business and career growth.
Organise company events and employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Support HR digitalization initiatives to improve workflow efficiency.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experiences is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Info-Tech is an advantage.
Meticulous, high level of confidentiality and professionalism
5 day working week.
Working Location: Kakit Bukit area
