Basic Salary: Up $6000 

Working days & hours: 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)

Our Client are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our growing organisation.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full spectrum of HR functions, partnering closely with senior management and department leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our HR framework — from developing company policies and optimising processes to overseeing compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.

Job Duties:

• Optimise HR systems, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Oversees human resources strategies and programs that align with organisational goals to attract, develop and retain top talent while ensuring legal compliance.

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviewing, and onboarding

• Manage payroll systems, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality
  

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Prior Experience in the Semiconductor industry is highly advantageous.
