Job Description:

·        Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.

·        Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.

·        Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals and maintenance tools and equipment.

·        Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

·        Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical

·        Certified Greenmark GMAP preferred.

·        Experience in delivering at least one or moreminimum Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy (SLE) projects featuring ChilledWater Systems, successfully completed with Stage 2 Green Mark verification

·        Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

·        Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Alternate Saturday Work
