Responsibilities

Position: HR Assistant / HR Executive, Group HR & Administration

Reporting to: Head, Group HR &Administration

Location: JTC Summit Office, Singapore

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented HR professional to support the full spectrum of HR Operations. This role will focus primarily on payroll administration, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and operational HR support across the organisation.

The position is open to candidates at HR Assistant or HR Executive level, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records
  • Prepare documentation for onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal and offboarding
  • Monitor due dates for confirmation, probation, retirement and medical check‑ups
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
  • Support HR operational matters across departments

2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime, allowances and deductions
  • Prepare payroll reports and manpower cost analysis as required
  • Submit statutory contributions and declarations (CPF, IRAS and other relevant authorities)
  • Support government claims and grant submissions where applicable

3. Work Pass & Regulatory Matters

  • Manage application, renewal and cancellation of work passes (WP, S Pass, EP)
  • Liaise with MOM and other relevant authorities
  • Coordinate employees’ medical check‑ups and insurance matters

4. Training & Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate internal and external training programmes
  • Arrange mandatory certifications and departmental training
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Assist in HR communication materials and employee handbook updates

5. Reporting & HR Systems

  • Maintain monthly manpower and HR reports
  • Support annual appraisal administration process
  • Assist employees in the use of internal HR systems (attendance, claims, etc.)
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures

6. Other Duties

  • Provide administrative and project support as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (candidates with more experience may be considered for Executive level)
Hands‑on experience in payroll processing is required
Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and MOM procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Detail‑oriented, organised and able to handle confidential information
Good communication and interpersonal skills
