Job Description

Responsibilities

Role Title: Technology Risk Governance
Contract Duration: 6 (Potential to Extend)
Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technology Risk Governance Analyst to support technology risk and operational resilience initiatives across the organisation. The role focuses on governance coordination, regulatory reporting, remediation tracking, and supporting technology risk programmes within a regulated financial services environment. technology risk management framework by helping to identify, assess, monitor and report technology risks.

Regulatory requirements (incl. MAS TRM Guidelines)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive governance cadence including committees, forums, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Coordinate technology risk remediation plans and RAID management across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level KRI/KPI dashboards and governance reports.
  • Coordinate audit requests, regulatory responses, and evidence management.
  • Support operational resilience and technology risk governance programmes.
  • Monitor governance deliverables and ensure timely closure of actions.
  • Liaise with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Technology Risk Governance, Tech Risk PMO, IT Controls, or Operational Resilience.
  • Strong experience supporting first line (1LoD) technology risk and governance functions within banking or financial services.
  • Good understanding of technology risk frameworks, operational resilience, audit, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS TRM is advantageous).
  • Experience preparing senior management governance reports and executive dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
