About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Building) to join our dynamic construction team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex building projects in Singapore. What you'll be doing

  • Effectively plan, coordinate and monitor all aspects of building projects from inception to completion
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Manage project budgets, oversee procurement, and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement strategies to address any challenges that arise
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and coordinate complex projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Thorough understanding of building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
