About the Role

We're looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator Intern to support the personal branding efforts of our Managing Director across social media platforms. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling, short-form video creation, and staying on top of social media trends.

You'll be involved in the entire content creation process—from brainstorming ideas and filming to editing and publishing content—while gaining hands-on experience working closely with an executive.

Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation & Planning

• Brainstorm engaging content ideas aligned with the Managing Director's personal brand and business goals.
• Research trending topics, viral formats, sounds, and content styles across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in planning weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Develop content concepts around leadership, entrepreneurship, company culture, behind-the-scenes moments, industry insights, and educational topics.

Content Production

• Film short-form videos, interviews, day-in-the-life content, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Set up basic lighting, audio, and camera equipment for shoots.
• Ensure footage is captured creatively while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support content creation during company events, meetings, and external engagements.

Video Editing

• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and motion elements where appropriate.
• Optimise videos for each platform's best practices.
• Produce content in a timely manner while maintaining quality.

Social Media Support

• Assist with scheduling and publishing content.
• Monitor trends and recommend new content opportunities.
• Organise content assets and maintain a structured media library.
• Track content performance and identify insights to improve future content.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to align personal branding content with company campaigns where appropriate.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Support ad hoc creative projects and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
• Comfortable filming using smartphones and basic camera equipment.
• Familiar with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trends.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for framing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating your own social media content.
• Basic photography skills.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of social media analytics.
• Interest in personal branding, entrepreneurship, or the aesthetics and wellness industry.
