Perform tasks and receives on-the-job training in several departments, to gain knowledge of line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices. Observes experienced staff to learn about procedures/ method, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.

Requirement
- ITE/ Diploma
- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Computer literate (MS Words, Excel, etc)
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Medical Benefit : $ 400.00 per year
- Provide Company Uniform
- Provide Company Transport
