Role Description The Rental Sales Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur. The individual in this role will greet customers, understand their mobility needs, and recommend appropriate rental or lease options while promoting additional services and products. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling reservations, processing rental agreements, managing vehicle check-in and check-out, and ensuring accurate documentation and payment handling. The Rental Sales Agent will provide prompt and professional customer service, resolve inquiries and issues, and strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets. This role also involves working closely with colleagues to maintain fleet availability, uphold brand standards, and support a safe, organized rental counter environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills and experience in car rental operations, including handling reservations, vehicle allocation, and rental documentation.
• Candidates should possess strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience and resolving issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with customers in person and over the phone.
• Candidates should possess sales skills, such as recommending suitable products, upselling additional services, and meeting revenue or performance targets.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include basic computer literacy, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are an advantage), prior experience in hospitality, retail, or service industries, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
