We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Process Control Consultant to join a global enterprise team supporting governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across complex SAP landscapes. This position offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale GRC solutions, process automation, and continuous controls in a collaborative international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance SAP GRC Process Control solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable compliance and control solutions.
• Configure automated controls and business rules to improve governance processes.
• Support Process Control workflows, assessments, and reporting activities.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within SAP GRC Process Control.
• Collaborate with business users, security teams, and technical consultants to deliver effective solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term resolutions for production issues.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployments, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Provide guidance on SAP security and compliance best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with SAP GRC solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Process Control.
• Good understanding of SAP Access Control and SAP security concepts.
• Experience configuring automated controls and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of BRF+ or similar business rule frameworks.
• Experience supporting workflows and business process automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL for investigation and data validation.
• Experience working within enterprise SAP environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• SAP GRC certification.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Exposure to ABAP debugging or custom developments.
• Understanding of SAP Basis administration and integration concepts.
• Experience supporting large global SAP transformation programmes.
