The Role
Supporting the HR Manager across the full HR function, with a strong emphasis on transformation and digitalisation.
- Manage daily HR operations covering employee records, onboarding, confirmations, and offboarding
- Drive HR digitalisation efforts including system implementation, workflow automation, and SOP development
- Support full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp)
- Handle employee relations matters including engagement activities, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate training logistics and support HRD Corp grant applications
A hands-on HR professional ready to embrace innovation alongside solid operational delivery.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably gained within a manufacturing environment
- Good working knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, and payroll
- Experience working across both operational and professional employee groups is an advantage
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Exposure to HRIS/HRMS platforms or HR digitalisation projects is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
