Overview


The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.



Duties and responsibilities :

Overseeing the whole company’s projects and act as a Project Manager to

develop and manage Solar PV projects

• Evaluate project resource needs for executing the projects

• Create and review of Project schedule including incorporated information

from all relevant parties

• Keep track and ensure Project Milestones and Deliverables are delivered on

time

• Support other activities as Business Development and Operation and

Maintenance of Solar PV Projects

• Develop and execute project risk management plans for new projects

• Log and resolve Project Issues and Risk

• Manage internal and external Project Stakeholders

• Manage Project Budget to minimize cost overruns

• Lead and Support contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers and owners

• Produce, review and control Project schedules including constructions and

key deliverables using MS Project and/or other scheduling softwares

• Interface with government agencies on project executions on permit and

consent

• Reporting of projects status’ on a weekly basis

• Provide input on company wide process and documentation improvements


Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required, preferably Construction

Management with Project Management and Planning experience

• Min. of 3 years and above of experience managing commercial infrastructure

projects from development to execution

• Experience with analysing site specific project strategies & development.

• Ability to manage Project staff and sub-contractors independently.

• Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning software including MS

Project or latest softwares.
