Data Team | Multiple Roles | Remote Contract | Asia

Our client is expanding their data function and looking for talented professionals to join on a contract basis. Three specialist roles are available - all fully remote and open to candidates across Asia.

The Roles
Please indicate which position you are applying for when submitting your application.

Data Engineer (4-6 years' experience)

• Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines spanning ERPs, APIs, flat files, and databases
• Developing and optimising ETL/ELT processes and implementing CDC or incremental loading strategies
• Key skills: SQL, Python (PySpark a plus), cloud platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Databricks), Lakehouse/Medallion Architecture, Parquet/Delta formats

Power BI Developer & Data Analyst (5-7 years' experience)

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and translating business requirements into scalable data models
• Optimising report performance and usability, and supporting deployment, documentation, and user training
• Key skills: DAX, Power Query, Row-Level Security, multi-source data integration; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks

Data Engineer & Modeller (5-7 years' experience)

• Designing scalable data models and building ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and reporting workloads
• Applying dimensional modelling techniques including star and snowflake schema, and documenting data lineage
• Key skills: SQL, dimensional modelling, and hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Databricks
